The two family suites connect through inner doors to their parents’ king suites, the staff can arrange a lifeguard for pool days along with the gear you’d rather not fly with, and the concierge will happily plan whole days around the youngest in the group — turtle releases included.

Yes. The house is built for twenty, but for a smaller group we tailor it to your party — the suites you don’t need are simply closed off, and the staff, the pool, the spa and the entertainment level are still yours. Tell us who’s coming and we’ll shape the house around them.

Nearly everything. A butler runs the house, housekeeping resets it daily, and the kitchen cooks to your group’s tastes and needs — celiac-friendly included. Beyond the walls, your concierge books the tee times, boats, dinners and tours. Mostly, you’ll notice that things simply happen.

Genuinely accessible. There’s an elevator, one king suite is fully accessible, and the staff is practiced at hosting every generation under one roof. Tell us what your group needs and we’ll walk you through exactly how the house will work for them.

The house sits behind the gates of La Punta in Punta Mita, on México’s Pacific coast — most guests fly into Puerto Vallarta and drive up the coast from there. Once your dates are set, we’ll arrange the details of your arrival, gate to door.

Please do — milestone birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, a holiday with everyone finally in one place. If you can imagine it, we can create it, from a Gatsby night to fireworks over the lawn. Family celebrations are our specialty; weddings and bachelor and bachelorette parties are the one thing we leave to others.
