Casa de Elementos is a private oceanfront estate behind the gates of La Punta, Punta Mita, with nine bedrooms and space for twenty. Take the whole estate, or let us tailor it to a smaller group.

A seventy-foot infinity pool runs the length of the house to the sand — regulation lap-lane length — with a swim-up bar and a hot tub. Morning laps, afternoon floats, the sunset from the edge.

The only private in-villa bowling lounge in La Punta Estates — two professional lanes, a lounge and a bar. Some nights don’t need to end.

Straight off the lawn, the Bahía break peaks both ways — long rights and lefts on the same swell, gentle enough on the inside for a first lesson, with plenty of wall when it picks up. It works in every season; there is no off month.
And it stays quiet, because there is no way in by land: you arrive by boat, or from one of the five houses that front the break — this is one of them. The lineup you’re watching is a busy day, and every surfer in it came across the water. Boards, guides and lessons are a word to your concierge away.

A private chef cooks three menus a day — ocean-fresh, wellness-minded, fully celiac-friendly if your table needs it — and turns special nights into hot-stone dinners or a flowing fondue. A butler anticipates before you ask; a concierge arranges yacht charters, golf and excursions; housekeeping turns the rooms down each evening with Molton Brown. Golf carts stand ready for the drive into town, and the house looks after every generation: an elevator to every level, a primary suite designed for accessibility. A resident manager keeps all of it invisible.

La Punta opens straight onto some of México’s best surf, with two Jack Nicklaus signature golf courses, five private members’ beach clubs, and the marina minutes away. More than eighty restaurants sit within the peninsula, from beachfront taquerías to the resorts’ dining rooms — most of them a golf-cart ride from the gate. The concierge arranges the rest.

Casa de Elementos is our home on the Pacific. We fell for La Punta the way most people do — slowly, and then all at once: the wild coast, the surf at first light, the quiet behind the gate, the long golden evenings.
We wanted a place big enough for our whole family and everyone we love — where a day could be full of adventure or wonderfully unhurried. We named it for the four elements that shape life here — earth, water, wind, and light — and built it around the way we actually love to spend time together: long dinners under the palapa, late nights in the bowling lounge, mornings that begin at the edge of the pool.
When you stay, the house and our team are yours. Our hope is that it feels less like a rental and more like being handed the keys to a dear friend’s home — the kind of week where time slows down and the laughter carries. We’d love to welcome you.
