Gatsby Night
For one night the palapa goes black and gold — feather centerpieces down a long dark table, candlelight in the crystal, silk rippling overhead. By dinner it doesn’t look like the same house. That’s the point.

The Tequila Experience
A long table set above the pool at golden hour, an embroidered sombrero on every chair, and a guided walk through premium tequilas — the regions, the histories, the right way to taste them.
Local flavors ride alongside every pour, and the sun handles the lighting. It ends, reliably, as everyone’s favorite photograph of the week.
Adventure, handled.
Whatever you’re after — adrenaline, calm or something in between — the peninsula delivers it with a guide, and the house handles every detail. Name it at breakfast; it’s booked before you’re back from the pool.
Ziplining

Most surfers only ever see the Bahía break from a boat — it fronts a handful of private homes, and this is one of them. Guests here skip all of that: down the lawn, into the water, out to a peak that holds its shape in every season.
It meets every surfer you travel with. The inside runs soft and forgiving for first lessons; the outside walls up when the swell arrives. Boards, guides and private coaching come through your concierge — name the morning, and it’s arranged.
