The House
The house, room by room.
Nine suites, a seventy-foot pool, a show kitchen, a whole floor for late nights, a rooftop above the Pacific. The long tour starts here — take it the way you’d wander the house on your first evening.
Arrival & Grounds
The door opens on the Pacific.
Behind La Punta’s gate, a stepping-stone path crosses the lawn between the palms — and the front door looks straight through the house to the water. Golf carts wait beside it for the run into town, and the grounds roll green from the gate to the sand.
The Great Room
Ferns overhead, ocean ahead.
The great room runs the width of the house and opens on both sides — the entry court and its reflecting pool behind, the terrace and the Pacific ahead. Ferns hang from the beams, the sofas hold the whole group, and the long table catches dinner when the breeze picks up. The glass slides away entirely; indoors is mostly a suggestion.
The Palapa
Twenty chairs, no walls.
The palapa is the house’s open-air dining room — a thatched roof over a table for twenty, set on the pool’s edge with the ocean straight ahead. The bar keeps a wood-fired pizza oven for slow afternoons, a big screen carries the game from the lounge, and the leaf-shaped lights glow on into the night. Most dinners never make it indoors.
The Pool
Glass at dawn, stars at midnight.
At first light the seventy-foot pool lies glass-calm, melting into the Pacific with the day’s first surfers already in the water beyond the lawn. It runs a regulation lap-lane long — real morning swims — with in-water loungers on the shelf, a swim-up bar for sun-drenched afternoons, and a hot tub for after dark.
And some nights, the Milky Way.
The Show Kitchen
Pull up a stool.
The show kitchen is built for watching: a long stone island with stools down its run, a Wolf range behind it, and the chef plating course by course in front of you. The glass wall slides open to the ping-pong terrace, so dinner prep and the tournament happen side by side. There’s a separate guest kitchen too — raid it at midnight without crossing paths with anyone.
The Entertainment Level
Downstairs, after dark.
An entire lower floor built for the late hours: two private bowling lanes, a cinema, a game room with pool and poker, two wine cellars and a botanical bar. When La Punta’s curfew quiets the neighborhood, the night down here is just getting started — behind your own walls, as loud and late as the group can manage.
The Cinema
Lights down, everyone in.
A proper screening room on the entertainment level, built for the whole group at once: tiered rows of deep, plush seats for the grown-ups, a row of beanbags up front for the kids, and a wide screen filling the far wall. Film nights, the big game, a rainy-afternoon cartoon marathon — the kind of room that quietly solves an evening for a family of twenty.
Wellness & Spa
Steam, plunge, repeat.
The spa suite pairs a steam room and a full-spectrum infrared sauna with a cold plunge and proper massage tables under a light-dappled ceiling. Book a therapist, a yoga instructor, even a sound bath through the concierge — or keep it simple with the rooftop deck at first light.
Fitness Studio
All glass, out on the lawn.
The fitness studio is its own building — a glass pavilion beside the arrival lawn, steps from the front door and a world away from the spa’s dappled quiet. Full-height glass puts the palms and the lawn in every sightline, so a morning run on the treadmill feels like it happens outdoors. Cardio row, cable station, free weights and a bench, with a screen wall for the class you’d rather stream. A trainer can meet you there through the concierge.
The Rooftop
The day ends upstairs.
Three floors up, the rooftop takes the whole horizon. Fire tables light as the sun drops, daybeds and sofas hold the crowd, and the yoga deck catches first light before the house is awake. Evenings start here with a drink — and tend to come back after dinner, when the stars take over.
The Suites
Where everyone sleeps.
Nine rooms sleep twenty: seven king suites and two family suites, each with a spa-style bath and a view of its own — panoramic ocean for some, quiet garden green for others. For families with young children, both family suites connect internally to the king next door, so parents sleep one private door away. Every family suite has a full bath with a tub. Not everyone needs all nine. For a smaller group we close off the suites you won’t use, with the staff and every shared space still yours.

Stepping Stone + Water
The Stepping Stone king opens to its own plunge-pool courtyard, and connects inside to the Water Suite: two queens and two bunk lofts in one bright room. Parents on one side of the door, four beds on the other, and nobody crosses a hallway at night.

Nature + Earth
Nature’s king comes with the house’s most surprising bath — an open-to-the-sky stone shower garden — and connects through to Earth’s family room, two queens and two lofts under warm woven textiles. The one-door-away arrangement, wrapped in green.

The house is built so nobody sits anything out: an elevator connects the lower entertainment level to the bedroom floors, and the Ocean Suite — the primary master — is fully accessible, with grab bars in the bath and shower. Tell us what would make the stay easier; the answer is usually yes.
